  • Vision packet to follow meeting

Regular Check Ins & Meetings

  • I will help keep you on track so nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Things change, no problem! We will keep the discussion and planning going throughout the process.

Up to 30 hours of Additional Consultation:

  • Can be used as you see fit

Meet Rachel

Hi! I’m Rachel and I love celebrating life’s big moments! I have been in the event industry since I started as a banquet server at a country club (way) back in 2008. Since then I have worked in many aspects of the event industry from banquet manager, onsite catering manager, staffing coordinator and venue planner & coordinator. I believe my variety of experience gives me a great understanding of how to put on a successful & memorable event!

I have been the lead coordinator on 180+ weddings and the assistant coordinator or catering manager on 100s more!

I want your wedding or event to speak to you, your personality and your relationship. I often tell my clients “all you HAVE to do it sign the marriage license!” when they ask me if they have to incorporate a traditional moment into their day. I will work hard to make sure your day goes exactly how you want it to go and that your vision really comes to life, all while guiding you to ensure a seamless event.
